These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TroveDial, a mobile and web application provided by TroveDeck Solution (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TroveDial, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

TroveDial is an internet radio and podcast streaming application. We provide access to 140+ radio stations from 20+ countries and millions of podcasts. The app is available on Android (Google Play) and as a web application.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use TroveDial.

4. Free and Premium Tiers

• Free tier: Access to all radio stations and podcasts with no ads. Some features are limited (favorites capped at 20, recent history limited to 5, Sleep Timer up to 45 minutes, no offline downloads, no Equalizer, no playback speed control).
• Premium tier: All features unlocked with no limits. Available as Monthly ($2.99/month), Yearly ($19.99/year), or Lifetime (one-time purchase).
• 14-day trial: New accounts receive 14 days of Premium for free. No payment is required and no auto-charge occurs when the trial ends.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Purchases are processed through Google Play. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play settings. Lifetime purchases are non-recurring.

Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policy.

6. Content

TroveDial aggregates publicly available radio streams and podcast RSS feeds. We do not own or control the content broadcast by radio stations or podcast publishers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the service
• Impersonate another person or provide false information

8. Intellectual Property

TroveDial, its design, logo, and original code are the property of TroveDeck Solution. Radio station logos and podcast artwork belong to their respective owners.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TroveDial is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as radio streams depend on third-party infrastructure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TroveDeck Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TroveDial.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TroveDial after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
