These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TroveDial, a mobile and web application provided by TroveDeck Solution (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TroveDial, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
TroveDial is an internet radio and podcast streaming application. We provide access to 403 radio stations from 49 countries and millions of podcasts. The app is available on Android (Google Play) and as a web application.
3. Accounts
You may create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use TroveDial.
4. Free and Premium Tiers
- Free tier: Access to all 403 radio stations and every podcast, supported by ads. Ads are full-screen only (no banners), capped at one interstitial per 7 minutes when switching station, and you can watch one rewarded ad for 30 minutes ad-free. Some features are limited: favorites capped at 20, recent history limited to the last 5 plays, Sleep Timer up to 45 minutes, 5 static themes, no offline downloads, no Equalizer, no playback speed control.
- Premium tier: No ads, and every limit above lifted. Available as Monthly ($2.99/month), Yearly ($19.99/year), or Lifetime ($39.99 one-time).
- 14-day trial: New accounts receive 14 days of Premium for free. No payment is required and no auto-charge occurs when the trial ends.
- 7-day streak bonus: Using TroveDial on 7 consecutive days grants 3 days of Premium at no charge.

Prices are shown in USD and may vary by region as converted by Google Play. There is no promotional or early-bird lifetime price; the lifetime tier is a flat one-time charge.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Purchases are processed through Google Play. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play settings. Lifetime purchases are non-recurring.
Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policy.
7. Advertising
The free tier is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. By using the free tier you consent to the collection of your Android Advertising ID for the purpose of serving and measuring those ads, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may reset that identifier or opt out of ad personalisation at any time in Android Settings, or remove ads entirely by subscribing to Premium.
8. Content
TroveDial aggregates publicly available radio streams and podcast RSS feeds. We do not own or control the content broadcast by radio stations or podcast publishers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content.
We test every stream in the catalogue before each release, but radio streams are operated by third parties and may go offline, change URL, or become geo-restricted without notice.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
- Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
- Interfere with ad delivery or entitlement checks
- Use automated tools to scrape or access the service
- Impersonate another person or provide false information
10. Intellectual Property
TroveDial, its design, logo, and original code are the property of TroveDeck Solution. Radio station logos and podcast artwork belong to their respective owners.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TroveDial is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as radio streams depend on third-party infrastructure.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TroveDeck Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TroveDial.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TroveDial after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
