These Terms govern your access to and use of all services provided by Trove Deck Solution (sole proprietorship, Malaysia), including:

• Custom software development: web apps, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, automation systems, MT4/MT5 indicators/EAs, Flutter applications, and Windows desktop software.
• Consulting and technical implementation services on a project or retainer basis.

By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All work is governed by the scope agreed to in writing — chat agreement, project contract, or signed SOW. Once scope is accepted:

• Scope changes may require a revised quote before work proceeds.
• Pricing reflects complexity, timeline, risk, testing requirements, and post-delivery maintenance scope.
• For projects above a minimum threshold, payment follows agreed milestones.
• Each engagement defines revision rounds and an acceptance window. Issues outside that window may be treated as new scope.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by late feedback, unavailable credentials, or third-party API changes outside our control.

• You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or market manipulation.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from our applications beyond what applicable law permits.
• You will not circumvent access controls, authentication mechanisms, or security features.
• You will not use our systems to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• You will provide accurate information when engaging services.

• Your materials: Client-provided content, business data, strategy logic, and trading algorithms remain your property.
• Delivered code: Ownership is defined in the engagement contract. Where no explicit agreement exists, delivered code is licensed to you for your use; we retain the right to reuse general architectural patterns and non-proprietary utilities developed in the course of the work.
• Confidentiality: We do not disclose your business information or private code to any third party without your explicit written permission, except where required by law.
• Our IP: Trove Deck Solution retains all rights to our applications, branding, frameworks, and general tooling. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our applications to you.

Where we build trading-related tools (MT4/MT5 indicators, expert advisors, automated scripts, or market analysis systems):

• Services are provided “as is” within the scope defined by the engagement agreement.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
• For custom development, our maximum aggregate liability is capped at the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

• Termination of custom engagements follows the engagement contract. Where no contract provision addresses early termination, fees for work completed to date are due on termination.
• We may suspend or terminate services immediately and without prior notice if you materially violate these Terms, are in non-payment, or your use poses a security or legal risk.

Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
